Tasting note
Rich, powerful Merlot-Tempranillo blend, with flavours of red and black fruit and spicy aromas.
Vinification
CARE is a manifestation of the old Roman word for the region of Carinena, but also the fact that these are the hand made wines of the bodegas receiving extra special attention and care. This wine is a blend of 70% Tempranillo and 30% Melot, vinified and aged for 8 months in oak barrels.
