Tasting note
Bright pale pink color with violet reflections. Fresh aromas of red fruits and cream caramel. On the palate, the wine is fresh with a great balanced acidity. Wide and enjoyable mid-palate, remembering the fruits that appeared on the nose. 10% of the benefits of this wine are donated to AMAC-GEMA, a local association of women with breast cancer.
Viticulture
Trellis driving system. Traditional pruning with 4 thumbs and 2 buds, royat system. Mechanical harvest in the first week of September 2022. Vineyards planted in 2001-2003, with 4,000 vines/Ha. Altitude of 600-800 m in soils rich in quartzite and clay.
Vinification
Cold maceration for 6 hours. Once the desired objectives have been reached, they are bled. Elaboration by traditional method, fermeting in 20,000 L stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 16ºC.
Food Match
Tapas, mediterranean rice dishes and grilled vegetables.
