Tasting note
This lively, sparkling Garnacha Blanca has fresh aromas of green apple and stone fruit, and is full, intense, refreshing and fruity on trhe palate.
Viticulture
Trellis driving system. Vineyards planted in 2015, with 4,000 vines/Ha. Traditional pruning with 4 thumbs and 2 buds, unilateral royat system. Altitude of 600 m in soils rich in quartzite and clay. Mechanical harvest in the first week of September 2024.
Vinification
Traditional winemaking. Once settled, fermentation is carried out at 16ºC with temperature control for 15 days. Aged on its lees for 3 months. The base wine is subjected to Charmat-Martinotti method, a secondary fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, achieving foam formation and maintaining its fruity expression.
