Tasting note
Ripe stone fruits laced with tropical notes and underpinned by a savoury, toasty quality and a creamy mouthfeel owing to time spent on the lees (Lías).
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks. No oak ageing. The wine rests on its fine lees (dead yeast from fermentation) in stainless steel tanks for approximately two months. The lees are occasionally stirred (batonnage) using nitrogen to build a creamy volume and silky texture on the palate.
