Viticulture
The grapes are harvested from across the region of Traisental DAC to the south of the Danube River. Grown on a mix of loess and sandy soils with great drainage, mostly on southern-facing aspects. The grapes are hand-harvested.
Vinification
This Grüner Veltliner is cool fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then rested on its lees prior to filtration. Prior to canning, the wine spends time settling in the tank.
