Vineyard
Clay, sandy, calcareous.
Viticulture
The vineyards are located in the Terre di Chieti area of Abruzzo, where the Mediterranean climate, abundant sunshine and cooling mountain influences provide ideal conditions for Pecorino. The grapes are cultivated with careful attention to vineyard practices and harvest timing to encourage balanced ripeness, healthy fruit development and the fresh, aromatic.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully harvested and gently pressed to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, protecting the delicate fruit character and vibrant acidity of the Pecorino variety. The wine is then clarified, stabilised and bottled to retain its fresh, crisp and expressive style.
