Tasting note
One of the finest non-vintage Champagnes around, notes of toast and brioche rising with the bubbles, the mouth rounded and satisfying with a fine thread of redcurrant.
Vinification
Grapes are vinified separately. 30% of the base wine is fermented in oak. After 2nd fermentation the wine spends 3-4 years aging on the lees prior to disgorgement.
Food Match
The richness and depth of this champagne make it excellent with fuller seafood dishes like lobster, but it is also an excellent aperitif
