Tasting note
The sight features a nice red color. The nose is very complex, shows aromas of ripe red fruits like plums and cherries are combined with notes of spices and flowers. By oak aging are hints of vanilla and chocolate. The palate has good entry, with mild tannins, this wine is persistent, fine and elegant.
Viticulture
Vineyards from PATAGONIA ARGENTINA, chalky soil,1,000 - 1,600 feet elevation.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tank & concrete tank for 10-12 days at 25ºC. Aged in frecn oak 2nd, 3rd use barrels for 6-9 month.
