Tasting note
Pale pink with golden reflections. Delicate notes of roses, pear, fresh citrus, and a subtle herbal touch. Hints of melon, sweet lemon, and an elegant floral finish.
Viticulture
Careful selection of high-quality Airén grapes.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at low temperature, to produce fruitiness and bubbles, followed by vacuum distillation, also at low temperature, where alcohol is removed, while preserving the wine’s aromas, flavours and freshness. The wine is then aromatised with an infusion of natural rose petals, for a final floral boost.
