Tasting note
This wine boasts a deep red colour with purple hues and aromas of dark fruit, violets and earthy minerality. On the palate, it is full-bodied with rich, chewy tannins, savoury flavours of black cherry, blackberry and plum, balsamic notes and a lengthy finish.

Vinification
Cold maceration 50% Whole Cluster. Fermentation: In 225-litre oak barrels and 500-litre French oak roll fermenters for 17 days. Max. Ferm. Temp. 25-30°C, 10-15 days maceration. Aging: 20 months in French Oak barrel. 1-2 years old barrels.
