Tasting note
Pale salmon pink in colour. Fresh and expressive nose with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, with subtle floral hints. The palate is light, crisp and fruit-driven, showing vibrant acidity and a clean, refreshing finish with a delicate Mediterranean character.
Vineyard
The vineyards are located in the high-altitude plateau of Utiel-Requena, at around 600–800 metres above sea level. Poor, well-drained soils and significant day–night temperature variation encourage balanced vine growth, helping to produce grapes with concentrated flavours, vibrant acidity, and excellent freshness.
Viticulture
Grapes are sourced from sustainably managed vineyards in Utiel-Requena, where a continental climate with Mediterranean influence promotes slow, balanced ripening. Careful canopy management and controlled yields ensure healthy fruit with excellent freshness, aromatic intensity and varietal expression.
Vinification
Grapes are carefully selected and harvested early to preserve freshness. After a short skin contact to obtain the delicate colour, the must is gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then clarified, stabilized and bottled young to maintain its fresh, fruity profile.
Food Match
Perfect with tapas, grilled seafood, sushi, fresh salads, light pasta dishes, roast chicken and soft cheeses. Also ideal as a refreshing aperitif.
