24 Hectares, planted on own rootstocks, farmed Organically and Biodynamically, hand harvested.
Vinification
Aged 18% in 62% in french oak barrels (10% New, 16% 2nd fill, 10% 3rd fill and the rest in 4th to 10th fill) 17% concrete eggs, 21% stoneware jars for 11 months.
