Tasting note

Todo Sobre Mi is a bright, citrusy, unoaked Chardonnay, from a vineyard planted in 1989 with calcareous, sandy soil, suited to producing quality white grapes. This soil is somewhat deeper than in its big brother Remordimiento Blanco, which gives rise to larger berries that retain more acidity and freshness in the wine.
