Tasting note
Todo Sobre Mi comes from a vineyard planted in 1989. The soil is sandy and calcareous, ideal for superior white grapes. Deeper than the soil of the Remordimiento Blanco, these vineyards yield larger grapes, preserving vibrant acidity and freshness. The resulting wine has a unique style, blending fresh and citrusy notes with distinct salinity from the soil.
