Tasting note
Flinty Chablis, complex and concentrated, flavours of honey, green apple and a dash of cream meeting aromas of herbs and white flowers.
Viticulture
Defaix are the biggest owners of this premier cru, and cultivate 8 hectares located on the slopes of the village Milly and on the right backs of the river Serein. When some of the plots were planted, they found impressive fossils of Exogyra virgula that had been perfectly preserved.
