Tasting note
Intense ruby-red in colour with violet reflections, this wine opens with a clean, expressive nose highlighting floral hints of rosehip and geranium. The palate is fruit-forward, leading to a vibrant finish of ripe cherry and strawberry.
Viticulture
Guyot with 4500 plants / ha
Vinification
Fermented on the skins at a controlled temperature for around 10 days, the wine is then aged for five months in stainless-steel tanks followed by two months in bottle before release.
