Tasting note
This lively, delicious Nebbiolo from the neighbouring region to the more famous Langhe pulses with fruit, jam, vanilla and green pepper.
Viticulture
The nebbiolo vines are planted Monteu Roero, Santo Stefano Roero, and Canale. The altitude is 340 above sea level and the soil is calcareous medium texture. The age of the vines is 35 years.
Vinification
Maceration: traditional skin contac, over 18 days and 2 days of delestage.Maturation: 24 months in wood, 100% Barrique of which 1\3 new.
