Tasting note
Bright ruby with an intense, fragrant nose of rose petals, wild strawberry, raspberry and sweet spice. Light, fresh and gently sparkling, the palate is soft and juicy with lively acidity and delicate sweetness. Elegant and playful, it finishes aromatic, clean and persistently floral-fruity.
Viticulture
The vineyards are located in the sandy, calcareous soils of the Roero hills, where excellent drainage and a favourable microclimate promote healthy vines and aromatic fruit. Carefully managed, low-yield vineyards are hand-harvested to preserve freshness, fragrance and the delicate character of Brachetto.
Vinification
Grapes are gently crushed and fermented in pressurised autoclaves at controlled temperature to preserve aromatic purity. Fermentation is carefully monitored and stopped to retain natural sweetness and freshness, resulting in a lively, fragrant wine with delicate effervescence before bottling.
