Viticulture
2022 blessed us with exceptional conditions in Vinho Verde. Adequate precipitation revived our vines, ensuring optimal aromatic potential. Expect citrusy, mineral wines with freshness and persistence, perfect for any occasion.
Vinification
Hand-picked grapes, gently pressed for pure juice. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats with bâtonnage, then bottle-aged for refinement. Limited yield of 2kg/plant prioritizes quality, showcasing varietal's rich characteristics.
