Tasting note
This smells and tastes like blueberry panna cotta. But with oregano and thyme on stems. Inky but ripe, a swirl of indigo, black fruits, eucalyptus and truffle.

20 days maceration, traditional winemaking. Then the wine is aged for 6 months in barrels.
