Tasting note
Notes of cherries, crushed lovage and caraway seeds. Delicately ripe with a tentative tug of supple tannins. Lightly smoky, with ripe hot-compote red fruits, herbs and char character.
Vinification
Traditional winemaking. Then10% of the wine is aged for 6 months in barrels.
