Viticulture
Situated in the western part of the Barolo area, this estate is located partly in the municipality of La Morra and partly in the municipality of Verduno. South-West and South-East facing slopes at an altitude of 350 m above sea level. Usual harvest time: 15th/30th September.
Food Match
Grilled red meats and lean Italian hors d’oeuvres. For the whole meal. You can also drink it cool, well matched with fresh water fish.
