Viticulture
We have created our vineyards focusing the attention on the most suitable selections in order to express the highest potential of each grape and of each place. The grapes are all picked by hand before being transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Our vineyards are managed according to the principles of sustainable agriculture.
Vinification
Origin:blend of 3 vineyards of property in the communes of Serralunga d'Alba,La Morra and Verduno. Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo Harvest time: end of Septembre / middle October Fermentation: 15 days at 27°C in stainless steel vats with control of temperature and with 4 gently pumpings over per day
