Tasting note
An attractive, easy-drinking rosé from sunny Languedoc, this Cinsault glows pale pink and tastes unassumingly of red fruit.
Vineyard
France is a leading wine-producing nation and the birthplace of the concept of “Terroir,” which reflects how grape varieties express themselves through flavour, aroma, and colour. No other country offers such a rich and diverse range of Terroirs, making French wine a uniquely fascinating experience for all to enjoy.
Viticulture
Conventional viticulture, HVE 3.
Vinification
Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and prevent oxidation. They're gently pressed at 7–8°C, and the must is clarified. Only the best juices ferment in stainless steel at low temperatures. The wine then ages on fine lees for 4 months with regular bâtonnage.
Food Match
Fantastic wine for drinking on its own on a sunny afternoon, or excellent partnered with tomato salad, light meat and fish dishes.
