Tasting note
Intense ruby colour. Charming bouquet with black forest fruits, cassis and grilled red peppers. Silky mouthfeel big long body finish. Great ageing potential.

Viticulture
From an organic vineyard in he Chacayes, Uco Valley, at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level. Spring shoot thinning, cluster thinning after, veraison, defoliation. Harvested 100% By hand, using small plastic boxes (15 Kg) during the month of April.
Vinification
Whole berry fermentation in small concrete vats for 10 days at 26ºC. Post fermentation maceration for 20 days. 100% aged 12 months in new French oak barrels.
