Tasting note
Elegant, fruity and fresh with silky tannins and a balanced and persistent acidity. On the nose it's expressive and elegant, red fruits are predominant with subtle notes of black fruits, floral aromas and a note of oak.
In the press
92/100 - Black olives, dark cherries and some roasted herbs and spices. Firm, fine-grained tannins on the palate, with a chalky form. Medium- to full-bodied with a long, tense finish. Drink or hold.
Viticulture
The terroir consists of small plots with clonal biodiversity influenced by the mountain range. Mainly Tempranillo, the vineyards also include Graciano, Garnacha, white, and unknown varieties. The varied soil and microclimate allow unique ripening, and organic viticulture ensures extraordinary vine balance.
Vinification
Elaborating by plots and municipalities increases vineyard knowledge. Must is moved by gravity, with spontaneous fermentations, gentle extractions, and controlled temperatures in French oak vats and concrete tanks. After various aging processes, the wine was blended, aged in concrete tanks, and bottled in spring 2023 with added sulphites.
