Jérémie Huchet

Sustainability and respect for terroir lie at the heart of Jérémie Huchet's winemaking practices. The winery spans four noted terroirs, each with individual traits that result in wines that are vastly different in some ways, but uniform in their level of quality. The whole winery has followed sustainable practices since 2001, and is well on its way to achieving organic certification; all the grapes produced are harvested from vines that have been entirely cultivated, ploughed and harvested through natural methods.
