Easter Delivery Schedule

As in previous years, our Easter delivery schedule is an interactive map.

As in previous years, our Easter delivery schedule is an interactive map, which we hope will be helpful during this busy trading period.

How to access and navigate the map

  • View the map online (best viewed in Google Chrome)
  • Use the search function and input the first part of your delivery post-code, eg NW10
  • Click on your postcode in the side bar and your delivery schedule will show here
  • Alternatively click on the pin closest to your location within the Map
  • Please be aware there may be exceptions, however these will be communicated to you directly by your Account Manager

Deliveries over the Easter period

  • Thursday 2nd April: Orders for delivery Tuesday 7th April by Carrier (dependent on normal delivery days & lead time) must be placed by 11am on Thursday 2nd April
  • Friday 3rd April: Delivery service as normal to scheduled postcodes, no deliveries available via Carrier service
  • Saturday 4th April: No delivery service
  • Monday 6th April: No delivery service
  • Tuesday 7th April: Normal delivery service resumes to all scheduled postcodes in England and Wales (subject to standard order cut offs). Please note, there will be no deliveries to Scotland postcodes on Tuesday 7th April.
  • Wednesday 8th April: Normal delivery service resumes to all scheduled postcodes (subject to standard order cut offs)

Easter Opening Hours

The Customer Services phone lines will be closed on Friday 3rd April, and will reopen on Monday 6th April at 10am & close again at 4pm. If you would like to place an order while the phone lines are closed, you can do so via our website or by emailing [email protected].

Normal phone service will resume on Tuesday 7th April – as a reminder our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
