Introduction

Founded in 1972 by Remo Nardone as an Italian specialist wine distributor, Enotria has grown to be one of the UK’s leading premium wine and spirits distributors. Complete ownership of our supply chain and unrivalled data insights into UK wine-buying behaviour ensure seamless customer service, full control over the customer journey and an ability to deliver targeted solutions tailored to each of Enotria’s customers.

Working with a diverse portfolio of over 300 exclusive wine producers and over 1,500 spirits producers, spanning unique family estates to iconic names, leading brands to market innovators, Enotria has established one of the most comprehensive and exclusive ranges of premium wines and spirits of any distributor in the UK.

Acquired by Majestic Wine Group in April 2025, Enotria continues to operate as a standalone business, serving all drinks industry channels by leveraging its premium on-trade, off-trade and DTC market expertise to build long-standing relationships. Enotria’s 10,000-strong client base includes independent retailers, fine dining, specialist bars, hotels, travel operators and prestigious events venues.

Overview

The Ecommerce Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and growth of Enotria’s B2B and B2C websites, https://www.enotria.com/ and https://greatwine.co.uk/ respectively. This role oversees product data, merchandising, content, customer experience and conversion optimisation, ensuring our online platforms effectively drive revenue, lead generation and customer engagement.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider business teams, you will ensure our websites accurately showcase the quality of our portfolio, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support the achievement of commercial objectives. You will also play a key role in maintaining the integrity of product information, delivering engaging digital content, supporting promotional activity, and identifying opportunities to improve website performance and conversion.

Initially reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is expected to transition to the Digital Marketing Manager as our digital marketing function evolves. This reflects the development of a dedicated digital team and offers opportunities for professional growth within an expanding ecommerce and digital marketing function.

Enotria offers a hybrid working environment, with a balance of office-based collaboration and flexibility. We typically expect team members to be on-site at least three days a week, as we find this supports strong connection and teamwork across the business. This role is primarily based at Enotria’s Head Office in Park Royal, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
