Overview
The Ecommerce Executive manages online content, data, merchandising and conversion optimisation for Enotria’s B2B and B2C websites.
Working alongside a Digital Marketing Manager (who runs acquisition and retention activity mainly through PPC, affiliate and email channels) you will ensure that both the Enotria and The Great Wine Co. websites maximise revenue and lead generation, and reflect our professionalism, service and the quality of our portfolio.
This role reports to the Synergy & Transformation Delivery Director.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain website and blog content, driving views, engagement and attributable sales, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Upload material onto the website(s) using our Content Management System (Strapi), ensuring accuracy.
- Support the implementation of pricing and promotions for The Great Wine Co. online.
- Act as the digital gatekeeper for product data in our Product Information Management tool to ensure that products are properly enriched with content before going live.
- Liaise with Customer Services and Operations teams to resolve customer issues and ensure we deliver excellent service.
- Ensure imagery is beautiful, on-brand, and optimised for web delivery
- Contribute to the development of an ongoing content calendar and develop relevant content strategies to maximise engagement and clicks.
- Provide ad hoc content support to wider marketing and digital teams to deliver content to brief, prioritising workloads.
