Intriguing rosé from the Loire, packed with strawberries, violets and a spritz of citrus, the powerful, red fruit nose belying the delicate colour.

Grape varieties: 100 % Cabernet franc. Age of the vines : 20 year-old (average) Yield: 60 hectolitres/hectare Vineyard size : 30 hectares Soil: Made from selected plots with clay-schist soil. The berries are regularly tasted to target optimum ripeness.
