The spirit of Enotria is poetically expressed within our tagline ‘Food made for Wine made for Food.’ My philosophy as the Wine Director is embedded within our belief that our food is made to pair beautifully with wine and that our wines are carefully chosen to showcase harmony with our food. There is no universal formula one can use to achieve this harmony; only through experimentation and trial & error can one arrive at the perfect pairing. Each flight has been designed to showcase a style of wine and highlight the differences between each. I also aimed to simplify the process of selecting a flight by organizing them around a central theme, like ‘A World of Chardonnay,’ so as to ease the decision process. Also we have the Book your own Flight option where you may select any 3 or 5 wines and we will build a custom flight for you. I am always happy to discuss the wines with guests and assist in making pairing recommendations.

The Wine Bottle Menu as a whole is designed to offer a wide array of examples from the top wine regions throughout the world. My vision with moving forward with the menu is to focus on strengths such as California wines, including premium local producers, as well as some of the top properties throughout the state. While the menu will continue to represent the top regions for premium wine production throughout the world, the areas of concentration will focus on Italy and Burgundy, France. While these two regions are broad in their coverage, overall the wine styles lend themselves towards our tagline.
