Enotria is thrilled to offer an exciting dining experience featuring two unique perspectives on California Pinot Noir, paired with an inventive menu from Chef Pajo Bruich.
Old friends, Anthony Filiberti of Knez Winery and Chris Pittenger of Gros Ventre Cellars have gained much attention with their hand crafted, single vineyard Pinot Noir, sourced from some of California’s most intriguing coastal vineyards. Their wines are at the forefront of a new trend in style and purity that is always in pursuit of balance.
Chef Bruich and team will be matching these exciting, terroir-driven wines with an un-forgettable menu.
Enotria is very excited to welcome the two winemakers and to pair their elegant wines with Chef Pajo Bruich’s cuisine. Dinner is $125 per person + tax and 18% gratuity.

It is difficult to achieve perfection in any one pursuit; Nickel & Nickel has achieved it in many. Whether producing the classic Chardonnays of Far Niente, the prized small-production Cabernets of The Vineyard House, or the incredibly selective Sauternes style dessert wine of Dolce, the Nickel & Nickel pedigree is synonymous with quality. Enotria is incredibly pleased to have Jeremy Nickel on hand for March’s wine dinner, where we will sample through this incredible portfolio of wine.
