Theme: Sake - Non-Blind - The wines have been flown in from Japan, specifically for this event.
Note: The “SAKE” are some of the very best, many of which are produced by artisans and shipped in exquisite hand-painted bottles. A professor at Tokyo university had his students search for “THE BEST SAKE” as a project. The cost for the SAKE will be spread evenly between the participants. ($30 per person if we have 12 participants, $22 per person if we have 16 participants.).

Where: Enotria Restaurant & Wine Bar (Wine Salon).
Food Cost: $10 for cheese, bread crackers and service.
Dinner Cost: We are doing a dinner buffet after the tasting, to begin promptly at 8:30, at the total inclusive cost of $30 per person. This is optional and held after the tasting is over.
