Barolo | Wednesday, May 22nd
Barolo holds a place in the argument for world’s greatest wine. Made from the finicky Nebbiolo grape, Barolo is a wine tradition that is irreproducible in the New World. Barolos are famous for their rugged grace and ability to age. This Wednesday we will be opening older vintage Barolos along with other wines from the Piemonte. $30

KNEZ AND GROS VENTRE WINE DINNER
June 27th | 6:30
June’s wine dinner will bring two of California’s most promising young winemakers to Enotria.
Anthony Filiberti’s talent first became apparent as he and his partners created the Anthill Farms label in 2004. The small production, coastal Pinot Noir of Anthill Farms soon became one of California’s most sought after wines. This caught the attention of Peter Knez, who brought him to Anderson Valley to make wine for Knez Winery. At Knez he crafts single vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with great depth and balance.
He will be joined by his friend Chris Pittenger who the San Francisco Chronicle selected as one of five winemakers to watch in 2013. Chris learned to work with Pinot Noir at Williams-Seylem and under Helen Turley at Marcassin. Today he produces Pinot Noirs of strength and finesse under his label Gros Ventre. Much like his friend, Pittenger has built a reputation with small production Pinot Noirs that express the identity of the cool, coastal vineyards of Anderson Valley.
Enotria is very excited to welcome the two winemakers and to pair their elegant wines with Chef Pajo Bruich’s cuisine. Dinner is $125 per person + tax and 18% gratuity.

NICKEL & NICKEL WINE DINNER
TBD, 6:30 PM
It is difficult to achieve perfection in any one pursuit; Nickel & Nickel has achieved it in many. Whether producing the classic Chardonnays of Far Niente, the prized small-production Cabernets of The Vineyard House, or the incredibly selective Sauternes style dessert wine of Dolce, the Nickel & Nickel pedigree is synonymous with quality. Enotria is incredibly pleased to have Jeremy Nickel on hand for March’s wine dinner, where we will sample through this incredible portfolio of wine. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
