Chef Matthew Accarrino will join Chef Pajo Bruich as we continue Enotria’s Guest Chef Series. Matthew Accarrino is executive chef of San Francisco’s SPQR, recipient of a Michelin star in 2013. At SPQR, Chef Accarrino prepares a sophisticated, yet soulful, Italian inspired cuisine using both traditional and modern techniques. This will be the first collaboration between Chef Bruich and Chef Accarrino and it will be an excellent opportunity for each chef to showcase their talent. $110 per guest (menu only). Additional wine pairing available.
